All volunteers are expected to:

  • Carry themselves in a professional manner when representing the Music  by the Bay Festival
  • Be personable.  The role of a volunteer is to help visitors enjoy their experience
  • Fulfill your scheduled shift and arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to sign in and receive instructions.  If for any reason you are unable to fulfill your scheduled shift, please contact the volunteer coordinator 24 hours prior to the event.
  • It is recommended that all volunteers bring sunscreen, hat and sunglasses for protection.
  • Comply with zero tolerance for drug and alcohol consumption while on duty.
  • Have fun & enjoy the day by the bay.
