When is the Music By The Bay Festival held?

How much is the entry fee?
It's FREE! Our sponsors foot the entire bill.

Is there parking close by?
There are hundreds of parking spots on the streets in the surrounding neighbourhood. Parking is also available in the municipal lot at the bottom of Liverpool Road – get there early as it fills quickly.

Are there any places to sit down?
Although there are benches throughout the Festival site, it is recommended you bring lawn chairs and blankets.

Is food allowed?
Yes. We encourage garbage-free picnics. Keep in mind easy-to-carry coolers can also double as a bench. Local restaurants and ice-cream parlour are near by.

Are pets allowed?
Pets on a leash are welcome to enjoy the day by the bay.

Is it wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The Festival is held at Millennium Square and along Liverpool Road South in Pickering. However, some of the shops may not be accessible.

What if it rains?
Be sure to check the Festival website on July 1st. Rain date is scheduled for July 2th.

Where do I get an entertainment schedule?
We will be publishing the schedule on the website closer to the event as the performers are booked. Music By The Bay Festival flyers will also be available at the Information Booth on July 1st.
